Truecaller–Zepto Tie-Up Boosts Trusted Calls & 10-Min Delivery Confidence
Quick-commerce leader Zepto has teamed up with communications platform Truecaller to make every step of the order journey—from one-tap sign-ups to doorstep hand-offs—instantly recognisable, secure and spam-free. Truecaller’s Verified Business Caller ID, Call Reason, Video Caller ID and Call Me Back features will let customers know exactly who’s calling and why, cutting missed deliveries and failed onboarding. Zepto is also adopting Truecaller’s SDK for OTP-less log-ins and its Verified Campaigns for branded calls and SMS outreach. Co-founder Kaivalya Vohra says the tie-up strengthens both user trust and operational speed, while Truecaller’s Priyam Bose calls it a “perfect alignment” of reliability and scale.
